Best All-Time Men's and Women's Ultimate Colleges Thru 2015

I created a series of "point systems" to calculate who the best all-time college Ultimate programs have been. Points are assigned for a team finishing in the quarterfinals, finishing in semis, finishing in finals, or being the champion at Nationals. Some of the point systems only give points for getting into the semifinals and above at Nationals while others also give credit to making it into quarterfinals. 

I decided there is no "best" point system, so in the end I averaged all of the point systems and used the average as the most appropriate result. The goal was to determine who the best over-all college programs have been from the beginning of the Ultimate College Division (Men-1984 and Women-1987) thru today.
